Our Methodology for courses and workshops
The reference points of Intelligent Transformation emerge from different schools and theories related to human growth, personal development, and performance.
This methodology is based on a sequence of moments that define three levels of participation: two that take place during the process itself, and a third that occurs after the process.
The following diagram illustrates what happens in each of these moments:
During the process:
1Rationalization and internalization
Through:
Presentation of information and theoretical case exploration, participants evaluate their reality and become aware of new cognitive, emotional, and behavioral options.
2Inquiry and verification
By experimenting with situations, groups and individuals connect both rational and emotional learning with its practical usefulness.
Through:
- Interactive learning processes
- Pair exercises
- Group interaction
- Open conversations
- Information sharing
- Dynamics supported by audiovisual resources
- Playful activities
- Reflection
After the process:
3Contextualization and inclusion
Participants have the opportunity to design new action plans, applying and contextualizing different models of projection in both their professional and personal lives.
Through:
- External practices
- Interpersonal and intrapersonal communication
