This video was produced by Telemundo – in its program “Un Nuevo Día”. In it, you can see Dr. Armando Matiz Reyes conducting a Clinical Hypnosis session with the well-known TV host Rashel Díaz, who, thanks to this intervention, was able to successfully face and overcome her phobia of frogs.
We highlight this practice within the methodologies of Personal Transformation for its proven effectiveness. Through the use of imagination, dissociation, and guided two-dimensional relaxation, it is possible to unlock and reprogram beliefs, reduce conditioning, and generate new learnings.
