Conceptually, Transformación Inteligente is a set of conscious, participatory processes designed to create changes and adjustments in favor of personal, business, and community well-being.

As an organization, Transformación Inteligente seeks to respond to some of the needs of individuals, organizations, and communities by strengthening resilience, enhancing performance, and identifying alternatives to positively face both individual and structural challenges—regardless of culture, socioeconomic background, religious beliefs, or political views

Mission:

To train and support individuals and organizations across the Americas in a process of intelligent transformation, through the use of integrated methodologies with an emphasis on the multiple intelligences of the human being.

Visión:

To be an organization that consistently contributes innovations and advances related to human synergy, driving personal transformation, business development, and public health teams worldwide; reframing the relationship between reason and emotion, and offering new perspectives in the transformation of limiting beliefs.

With his experience and knowledge, he has worked with different NGOs on various issues, especially those related to Human Rights (HR), Sexual Health and Reproductive Health (SRH), and advocacy. He has extensive experience as a facilitator of dynamic learning processes, through which he has reached various communities. In addition, he has participated in the design and implementation of social projects with the distinctive seal of Transformación Inteligente. These projects have been developed in synergy with international cooperation agencies, United Nations agencies, the Ministry of Health and Culture, city halls, and local authorities in various cities of Colombia.

In the creation and contribution to projects, he has participated in initiatives for the development and strengthening of civil society leadership in Latin America, through organizations such as the Youth Coalition, Cairo+10, and the Training and Leadership Strengthening Workshop for Latin American and Caribbean Civil Society. In Colombia, he has developed mentoring strategies with Transformación Inteligente in projects such as Literarte and Tú Decides, and has contributed to the building of civil society strengthening structures such as the Youth Network for the Prevention of Teenage Pregnancy.
